Nejc Halzer graduated cum laude in 2018. The title of his bachelor’s dissertation is “Anticipated Fiduciary Cession in Insolvency Proceedings”. He has gained experience in the field of commercial, financial and insolvency law during his studies, and joined the law firm in 2019, as the primary contact of the office with clients. In 2020, he received his master’s degree cum laude at the European Faculty of Law in Ljubljana with his master’s thesis Problems of termination of subordinated debt financial instruments.
